Senior Fullstack (.NET / React / AI)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer with strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#/.NET and React.js, contributing to modern architectures and reliable, high-quality software solutions.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Latin America, requiring strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed, fast-paced engineering environment.

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#/.NET and React.js, contributing actively to both backend and frontend development.
• Backend Engineering: Build and maintain RESTful APIs, services, and business logic using modern .NET technologies and software engineering best practices.
• Frontend Development: Develop responsive, maintainable, and high-quality user experiences using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Architecture & Scalability: Contribute to architectural decisions involving microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Cloud & DevOps: Develop and support cloud-based applications, containerized environments, and CI/CD processes.
• Engineering Quality: Write secure, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Share knowledge, mentor other engineers, and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

• Senior Engineering Background: 6+ years of professional software development experience, with proven experience working in full-stack roles.
• .NET Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and modern .NET versions.
• React.js Expertise: Strong professional experience building web applications with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Full Stack Experience: Demonstrated ability and willingness to contribute across both backend and frontend development.
• APIs & Architecture: Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, as well as working with microservices and distributed architectures.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Containers & DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
• Data: Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed engineering team.

• Experience with messaging or event-driven technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar.
• Experience modernizing or refactoring legacy enterprise applications.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and modern testing practices.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLM solutions or AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience building high-scale, customer-facing enterprise applications.
