Junior Legal Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Legal Analyst to support our legal team and ensure compliance across the company’s operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Law, great attention to detail, and an eagerness to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Support the legal team in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports or summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Help monitor ongoing litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Collaborate with different departments to provide basic legal guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (or currently enrolled in the final semesters).
• OAB license (or in the process of obtaining it) is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, civil, and regulatory law basics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and with attention to detail.

• Previous internship or experience in corporate or tech companies.
• Familiarity with labor, tax, or intellectual property law.
• Knowledge of compliance, data protection, and privacy regulations (LGPD, GDPR, etc.).
• Advanced English or other foreign language skills.
• Proficiency with legal management software or contract management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
