Solution Architect

We are seeking a solution architect to support strategic technology initiatives by designing scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. This professional will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, evaluate technical alternatives, and define architectures that balance business priorities, technical excellence, and organizational strategy.

The ideal candidate combines broad technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a consultative mindset, enabling the translation of business requirements into effective and sustainable technology solutions.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with business goals, enterprise standards, and strategic priorities.
• Evaluate multiple architectural approaches and recommend the most appropriate solution based on technical, operational, and business considerations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Define architecture principles, standards, and best practices to support scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including solution designs, technical diagrams, and decision documentation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and architectural impacts associated with proposed solutions.
• Support modernization, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Present and communicate architectural recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, systems integration, application development, and cloud technologies.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and drive consensus across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures, APIs, event-driven solutions, and distributed systems.
• Experience with application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, governance, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Experience creating architecture roadmaps and technology strategies.
• Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are a plus.
